In the book of Ecclesiastes, King Soloman reflects on his life and the wisdom he has gained. He is writing to his people to save them making the same mistakes he has, as he reflects mainly on his life before God. The most well-known passage is probably chapter 3: 1-8 which tells us for everything there is a season, a time to be born and a time to die. You will probably know it. The leaders of the church here at Marlow recognise that we are in a new season and are embarking on a search for the will of God for the next season of Marlow’s life and how we serve Gods purpose for ourselves within the church and the wider community which includes the Ark cafe. To do that, we need to hear from as many voices as possible both within the congregation and the community to help us write our mission plan. We will then pray through the collection of answers to create a new vision that includes everyone. Can we therefore ask that you take some time to fill in this short form and return it to the back of the church before the 15th March in the box provided. There are also hard copies available at the back of the Church.
